I have some card/deck questions,

What trainers/supporters are 'staples' in every deck? I've seen Juniper and N pretty consistently, but are there others or does it depend on your deck?

Would it be possible to form a decent/fun deck with these Pokemon combos?

  • Victini EX/Charizard (Legendary Treasures)
  • Virizion EX/Shaymin EX
  • A deck similar to this, but with some cards added/removed.

Yes, you are right. 4 copies of juniper and N are staples in pretty much all decks. Some other supporters that are on the verge of staple are colress and skyla (skyla depends on your deck). All of your ideas of decks are good, but it depends if you want to go competitively. Virizion is arguably the best card in the format, and it can go with lots of Pokemon. For its partner I'd suggest, for cost, mewtwo EX. Victini is an ok card, but it has had lots of trouble getting competitive. It is still a fun card to use though, and it is cheap, so I suggest giving that a go. I hope you go on to create a good deck!

Yeah I have a few Skylas too. And for now I just want to try them for fun and see what happens. Mewtwo EX sounds like a good combo, and I can just get that from the tin. Thanks! :)
