Ruling Nidoqueen MT

I have a question on the text for Nidoqueen's attack Give Aid
according to the text if you have less or equal benched pokemon (i.e. i have 2 opponent has 2 or more); it's supposed to do 50. Now i've heard it interpreted the other way. Could someone clarify the ruling please.
 
If you have more than your opponent the attack does 90 damage. Same or less it goes to 50.
Thus the name 'give aid'.
