So the purpose of this deck is to be as versatile as possible, by slowing the opponent down and see what he/she is playing to anticipate the next plays. For the moment, I always let the opponent play first and it is a good strategy from now as I can react to the cards the opponent played.
I will now explain the cards choices:
- Bunnelby: This card allows us to rebuy important key cards, as well as finish the opponent by decking him/her (I managed to win against a Houndoom deck thanks to that card).
- Shaymin-EX: Draw power, replaceable with Ninja Boy, only one because the "Shaymin Active Pokémon" start is awfull.
- Beedrill-EX: Fantastic against 1st turn Spirit Links. Can kill damaged Pokémons holding Fighting Fury Belt. Turns off Garbodor's Ability by discarding Float Stones (although we don't really need Abilities, except for Mew).
- Jirachi: Really good against Special Energy decks, as Giratina, M Mewtwo-EX, M Rayquaza-EX, heavily relying on Double Colorless Energy decks.
- Espeon-EX: Helps fighting Rare Candy decks, slows down Greninja decks (not really efficient though), works hand in hand with Beedrill-EX to fight Mega Evolutions.
- Mew: For obvious reasons, it can copy any 1 Energy attack of the previous Pokémon! The free retreat is also really helpfull. One of the MVP of the deck.
- Glaceon-EX: Fights Mega Evolutions, any evolved Pokémon based decks.
-Regice: Helps Glaceon by hitting Basic EX Pokémons.

Trainer Cards are pretty self-explanatory, disruptive cards like Team Flare Grunt, Delinquant, Red card or Enhanced Hammer are helpfull most of the time, but maybe not necessary.

So far the deck works, gives you plenty of options and is really pleasant to play. I was not able to test it against all the metagame decks, the toughest match-up is probably M Scizor, due to the weakness of Glaceon/Regice and it's resistance for psychic against Mew. But it's not impossible to win, that's a 50/50 so far.

The deck may need 1 or 2 Jolteon-EX, by adding Rainbow Energies and giving Special Charge more targets.

Any tips are welcome, thanks for reading!

I like the concept! First suggestion off the bat is that if you're going to play a Ninja Boy deck, play 4 Ninja Boy! After all, it allows you to have a full consistency with whatever your strategy has to be in the moment and allows you to focus your VS Seekers on other priorities.

The next big thing I feel needs to be included is another Shaymin-EX RoS and Jolteon-EX GEN. Jolteon-EX is such a good card in general and I feel that being able to shut out Big Basic decks is necessary (especially since it is very easy in this deck). If you do add in Jolteon-EX, as you stated, I feel you should also add in 2 Rainbow Energy at a minimum. Shaymin-EX is for easier consistency in the early game. While I am a little mixed about my own suggestion, I think the pros of being able to extend your hand to a more favorable position in a deck that does not scream consistency (with so many techs included), outweigh the fact that you typically want to have most of your Pokemon in your deck.

Finally, I would suggest dropping a Professor Sycamore for a 4th N. The reason is because as I was thinking about changes, I realized in this deck specifically, N only gets stronger as the game progresses assuming you can either draw in to another Ninja Boy or draw in to a VS Seeker off the play. This is important to note because if your deck relies on shifting Pokemon from play, you would want your targets where you can grab them.

Overall, I really do like this concept a lot! I have a soft spot for innovation and I do feel this is going in the right direction. I wish you luck!
