So, Cities is coming up and I keep thinking of different rogue decks I could run. This is my latest:

25 Pokemon

-3x 3-3 Gliscor (Undaunted) Picture
-3x 3-3 Tentacruel (LA/Triumphant) Cool/Cruel
-2x 2-2-2 Politoed (Unleashed) Picture
-2x 2-2 Abomasnow (Stormfront) Picture
-1x Jirachi (Rising Rivals)
-1x Uxie (LA)
-1x Manaphy (Unleashed)

12 Supporters

-2x Bebe
-2x Collector
-2x Prof. Elm's Training Method
-2x Seeker
-2x Interviewer
-1x Twins
-1x PONT

8 Trainers

-2x SSU
-2x Energy Exchanger
-2x Energy Search
-2x Pokemon Communication

15 Energy

-4x {W} Energy
-4x {F} Energy
-4x {C}{C} Energy
-2x Rainbow Energy
-1x Rescue Energy

The idea is to Ninja Fang, next turn use Leap Frog to free switch to Tentacool, evolve into Tentacruel and use Tentavolve or to do this with Abomasnow instead of Tentacruel with Below Zero.

Abomasnow can act as a tank after using Below Zero.

I use Manaphy as he's a basic water pokemon with Free Retreat. So I can Leap Frog to him and free retreat to Gliscor for a Ninja fang if needed. Building up isn't too big of an issue since my opponent will be paralyzed over half of the game taking big hits and dealing with poison during the game.

I use Seeker and SSU to bring up Tentacruel or Abomasnow after they've taken damage to re-use their evolution paralyzation attack.

All of the attacking Pokemon attacks require one energy or one energy and two colorless. So it's rather easy to build the attacks up, even for Abomasnow.

Jirachi is there in case I start to lose in the beginning game. Bebe, Collector or Communicate him into my hand if I have a bad start, the second I start losing, throw him down and use Twins twice to get the game back into my favor.

The only thing I need to worry about is Steelix Prime from what I can think of. I am very open to ideas or suggestions. :D

this deck is kind of a mess, your not focusing on 1 strategy as much as you should, to make it a lock deck il do this.

-2-2-2 Politoed (Unleashed) Picture
-2-2 Abomasnow (Stormfront) Picture
-1 Gliscor UD
-1 Manaphy (Unleashed)
-2 Prof. Elm's Training Method
-2 Interviewer
-2 Energy Exchanger
-2 Energy Search
-1x Water Energy
-1x Fighting Energy
-4x ColorlessColorless Energy
-1x Rescue Energy
=25

yeah.... so the main strategy im going for is the paralasys from gliscor and tentacruel

+1 Gliscor lvl X
+1 Gliscor SF
+2-2-2 VilePlume UD
+3 BTS
+3 Spiritomb
+1 Pokemon Collector
+2 Bebes search
+1 Palmers contribution
+1 Uxie LA
+1 SEEKER
+2 Rainbow Energy
+1-1 Dodrio UD
+1 azelf LA

Actually the strategy works fine. Attack first with Gliscor, Leap Frog to Tentacool, evolve to Tentacruel and use his paralyze move. Leap Frog to another Tentacool or place a double colorless to knock it out with Hyper Beam.

Leap Frog gets past retreat cost needs and basically allows me to move around twice if needed (Retreat and leap frog back if there are special conditions like Paralyze, confusion, asleep, etc.)

Also, by adding in Viletomb I would be locking myself. I wouldn't need Spiritomb as almost ALL of the pokemon are Stage One and need to evolve during that turn for the paralyze effect to take place.

Abomasnow is a late game attacker and tank for building.

Although I do think a Gliscor X would benefit as well as one Gliscor from LA (Seeing as SF didn't have a Gliscor). I just have to get my hands on one.

I'm not too worried about locking them out of the game as I know they can easily get out of it with several methods (Warp Energy, SSU, Poke-Turn, etc.) All the Pokemon have decent second attacks to build damage and I do like Gliscor LA second attack so I will try to get my hands on him next League.
