The strategy of this deck is to use Archeops and Espeon-ex to set up for walling with Jolteon-ex. Jolteon's second attack prevents it from being damaged by basic pokemon. Espeon can unevolved your opponents pokemon with its first pokemon and can hit safeguard pokemon and an enemy Jolteon-ex/Regice. Archeops' ability Ancient Power prevents both players from evolving using the evolutions in their hand which is the only way grass decks and evolution decks in general evolve. I also run 2 keldeo's as well as 2 float stones to get around status effects, which are big in expanded.

This deck's best matchup is against evolution decks, but it can be hard to go against safeguard pokemon if you've prized both psychic energy. The worst matchup is probably mill because you only run 12 energy and their is no way to get any of them back once discarded.

I'm looking for cards I can take out for another float stone, and to increase consistency in general.

Haven't played expanded in a while, but I'm pretty sure you don't need 2 jirachi, 2 keldeo-EX and you could also potentially drop a jirachi-EX (the competitive market value will fall with tapu lele being released) and Espeon-EX. Remember, a 1-of only has a 10% chance of being prized.
