• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Noibat is super fragile so Noivern GX gives it a bit of bulk and thanks to Celebi you can use Destructive Sound even when you are evolved.
 
Here's my only complaints with this. Why DCE's? Besides Lele and a secondary attack you never want to use in Garb, nothing else needs them. I mean I guess Oranguru but again, if you're stuck with attacking with Oranguru, you're in trouble. I'd either add in some Hoopa somehow or cut the DCE's for Rainbows and consider a Drampa GX perhaps. I'd also cut the Sky Pillar and the bodybuilding Dumbbells in favor of Choice bands, though I see you have 2 already. 1 of for the Timer ball seems like not the best idea. Also, why 3 Tate n Liza's when you already run 4 Cynthia and 3 Guzma? Why not Lillie or up your ball count and go apricorn maker? Also, dislike the acro bike here. Feels like those spots could be used in some other way more suitable.

Granted, that was a bit more than I intended to write on initially. Whoops. My b. No hatred meant. Just considering options. :)
 
The DCE's are for Noibat's attack. The primary strategy is to use Noibat's attack as soon as possible and then wreck with Garb. Noivern GX is there as a backup strategy and with Celebi, you can use Noibat's attack as Noivern GX.
