Whats the ruling on non english cards? Also, what about energy that are from japan?

For the remainder of this season you can use cards that are not in English in America, as long as you have a print-out of its Card-Dex page as reference. You do not need a Card-Dex print-out for energy, unless it is a Special Energy. After this season, you must use only English cards in tournaments.
