In the Pokemon Terminology, one of the abreviations is:
NEO - North East Ohio (Elite Playing Region)
Now, I play in the general North East Ohio area in the TCG. Is this really an Elite Playing Region? I never really noticed it, although there are some good players around.

Yes, a very very competive playing area. They have some really great player like Chris Fulop and yours truely.
So yeah...

I can't recall anyone named Chris Fulop, does sound kinda familiar though, but I'm sure he's been in one of the same tournaments as me. I still have one more year in the Middle Age Group though (since I'm asssuming these are of the oldest age group), so I'll try to make this year my best.

That's why Origins is held there I heard. Nats anyone?

Edit: I was just kidding. But there might be a reason why Nationals is held in Ohio, not why Origins is held there.

Arcanine out.

Northeast Ohio is THE elite playing region.
However, that's NOT why Origins is in Ohio. Plus, Origins is in the southern part of Ohio.

I was kidding. What is the reason anyway, though?

Arcanine out.

I live real close to Nationals, and it's a real convenince. I don't expect a whole bunch of people from across America to come because of flights and all.

It is just a huge game fair. I don't know why it is in Ohio, though.

Yeah, somehow thinking that there won't be alot of good players at nationals because it's too far away doesn't seem very logical. Heh. Sorry Dudeman.
