Okay, here's the situation: Altaria ex EM vs. Latios ex d DF. (That latios ex is causing so many problems for my deck...) Anyway, latios ex uses ice barrier to prevent anything done by ex's. If altaria ex uses Dragon mist "this attack's damage isnt affected by resistance, pokepowers, pokebodies, or any other effects on the defending pokemon" would it get past latios' ice barrier?

Im asking: Will Dragon mist bypass Ice barrier?
