Discussion Odd Rogue Decks?

I'm not sure how "rogue" this is, since I can't be the only one to think of it. However, in Expanded I think Jolteon-Ex / Archeops NVI is worth testing. Archeops' success has already been proven throughout the season, so partnering it with a card that can't be damaged by Basic Pokemon should only make it stronger. With the aid of a Muscle Band, Flash Ray will two-shot most Pokemon-EX, while Archeops prevents the opponent from evolving without shutting off the Ability. Vespiquen decks have already created a workaround by including Wobuffet, though it's not a perfect counter. I wouldn't call this idea "broken" but I think it's worth testing before spring Regionals.
