FIRST AT ALL sorry for my english

i need help!i cant enter to tcgo!i tried and tried but nothing!2 months passed and NOTHING!it says that they are in manteinance but thwy are not in maintenance isnt it?plz PLZ help me :c (im from latin america,argentina)i did everything....plz....help me :'(

Please improve your English if you are to post among the forums -- I realize it's not your first language, but that doesn't seem to prevent you from using the textese "plz" quite a lot, and I would very much appreciate it if you could try to perhaps look through your posts and at least give them proper punctuation, to begin with. They have been having issues with the servers, and several other problems.
There is a new update today (when I opened the game).
Maybe try to uninstall/delete all the files/then re-install it?

There's no problems with the servers on my end...

Maybe uninstalling and reinstalling, or even reopening the refresher.exe file(located in the installation folder under the filepath: (drive letter here):\Users\(your name here)\Downloads\AppData\Pokermon_Trading_Card_Game_Online) and hoping that it works...

If it still doesn't work, are you using a Mac? PTCGO is not working as well lately on Macs, or at least without workaround methods like this one ...

^If that doesn't help you, check your email client to see if you have a message saying you are permabanned from all Pokemon-related activities such as PTCGO for breaking some type of rule in the TPCi Terms of Service, or whatever document contains some kind of code of conduct. If you see such an email, there's nothing you can do but appeal your ban to TPCi via either creating a ticket within pokemon support, or, if you can't do that, email or snail mail, as you are not allowed to create alt accounts to bypass the rules on said code of conduct. Also, keep in mind that appeals have a time limit. If you wait too long to make the appeal, the company will auto-reject it as "too late to meet the statute of limitations, so your current fate stands."
