Ruling old cards

Do u jus have to go off the old cards errata, in unlimited?? Like the old poke powers dont say effected by a special condition they list its stops if this pokemon becomes asleep,confused, or paralyzed. So can they be burnt and poisoned and there powers stop?? and like the old full heals dont list burn on them so can the old full heals remove burn???

No I don't thinks so because of the new updated rules. Unless it is an exact card I don't think you can use old cards because back then there was no such thing as burns yet. I could be wrong but I don't think so.

Well, there are no official rules for unlimited play, because there is nothing organized around unlimited (except that contriversial worlds tourney). I think the cards would do only what they say, (Like no burn w/full heal), since the principles used with that card apply.

You must follow all errata on cards. You can check the compendium for any errata on cards. You can use pokemon powers when you are affected by a special condition unless it specifically states you can't.
