So my firends and I have decided after the next tourney we go to,it shall be our last.I was looking for something fun and different so I decided to go with Raichu Prime.I took the idea from a friend who was playing a Magnazone Prime build based attaching energy very quick.I'm sure I will need to make the deck more consistent.

I need to get some Seekers in here,just not sure what to take out yet.Any help would be great.Thanks in advanced.
 
This deck needs Bronzong SF. It helps to grab energy and contrasts well with Pachi CoL. Maybe drop 2 Oak, a SSU, and a Palmer's for a 2-2 line?
 
Since your going to discard many energies you need ways to get them back. You already have Fisherman but you cant search for those so teching pokemon, that are searchable, for retrieving energies is essential.

In my raichu deck i use Rotom MD and Electivire FB Lvl X to help get back discarded energies onto my raichu. Rotom MD's attack requires no energy and it retrieves 2 energies from the discard and you can put them on any pokemon not just rotom. Electivire has his power; which ends your turn but its still good, i think it gets back 3 energies and puts em on any pokemon as well.

Issues with these two is that rotom md has a one retreat cost, but unown q can remedy that. Electivire you need to Level up which takes time and also it has a heavy 3 retreat so that could slow things down too. Warp points, level maxs', and warp energies are what i use to help with that problem.

Interviewers question is good in this deck because you need energies.

If you dont know what to take out I'd remove the electrode prime line, 2 PONTS, a V.S Seeker, research records, junk arms, and maybe even one pachirisu.

Also add 2 seeker's for a definite pick up of pachirisu's instead of taking a chance with SSU.
 
You said that you are running 15 Energy, but what kind of Energy are you running? Please edit that into the first post.
