Only Pinsir "error" card in existence?

I recently pulled this 1st ed. Pinsir holo from my Jungle booster box.
There is what appears to be a tear of some sort located on the bottom left of the holographic frame just above the 1st ed stamp. The tear looks like it was deliberate to add to the design of the card. The tear is also holographic. Have you you guys seen anything like this? Just curious.

i have that in my 1st ed fossil hypno it seems it was teared apart as well.

Really? That's bizarre. I have never seen a card have a marking like that.
