Ontario-Brampton: Teddy 'N' Me HS--Triumphant Prerelease

Teddy 'N' Me is pleased to announce that on Sunday October 31st we will be hosting our very first pre-release for the Pokemon Trading Card Game for the upcoming set, named HS: Triumphant!
Here's some details about this very special event:


- $35 admit fee, registration starts at 11am.
- Registration ends at 11:45 and round 1 will begin about 12:00 pm noon.
- Each participant will get 6 packs of the new set, HS: Triumphant, and a package of Celebi sleeves with their admit fee.
- Each player will build a 40-card deck out of the cards they open from these packs. All basic Energy will be provided.
- Rounds will be 20 minutes apiece, and the number of rounds will be determined by the number of players in attendance.
- After the event has concluded, each player will get 2 additional packs as a thank-you for coming out!

@NinjaChu: This will probably depend on the number of players and the profit the store makes on the event.

But remember everyone does get the Celebi sleeves and a boatload of fun times (sappy I know).
 
is this your first pre-release your hosting???
i may come if i can get the money =P
if it isnt your first how many people have come to your others?

In my OP it does in fact say that this is the store's first pre-release lol. If I had to make an educated guess I'd say..... 20-ish players? Can't say for sure.

I am attending as well as ninja pikachu. The breen look for the kid with an energy mat and a blue backpack that should be me =D

I might as well put my pre-release report here since it was at this store.

I pull Absol prime AGAIN so i decide to build a deck with that and grass and water types.

Round 1 V.S Joshua?? W/Absol Prime and Other
I dominate using Luvdisc(lol) and end up sweeping him using my absol Prime after.

Round 2 V.S Asian W/I dont remember
Just like last game i sweep aswell. I had a terrible start but luckily draw a basic after almost getting donked.

2-0

Round 3 V.S Quinn W/Elekid and some other stuff.
He got lucky by top decking a seeker to make me pick up my only bench and then using elekid to knock out my active.

2-1

I pull a bottom darkrai cressy legend and trade it for top palkia dialga.
