BW/BW2 Other Regions? Legend Circle?

My friend told me that in this magazine called Gamer Guide, it said that their are portals to the other 4 regions. In Hoenn you catch Arceus. He also told me that the Champion gives you 50 master balls and sends you to catch every legendary in one place, one by one. But, they're all lv.1. Should I belive him? Is this confirmed true or fake?

I NEED ANSWERS!
 
I don't think this is real. I mean, 50 MASTERBALLS?!? As in the greatest pokeball in the game? And catching ALL the other legendaries? I don't think so. Not to be mean or anything, but tell your friend to stop tellin' you BS.

of course not!
although we need a game where we can go to all regions(mmorpg, anyone?) this will not be happening in black and white

The only legends i see even having a chance of being in isshu are darkrai/cresselia in the dw, but thats wishful thinking.

That's faker than fake! No way! Why would you catch Arceus in Hoenn, and why would the Champion give you 50 Master balls?
That WOULD be cool, although messed up.
 
There is no way that this would happen in the game. 50 master balls? All of the regions? No way.
 
^i thought you could do something after the E4. Didn't WPM say that you would have to look for the seven sages after the E4? I could be wrong, but...
 
Im sorry but this is true fake, it would be cool to have a side quest after the E4 though
