Total Cards - 60

The main attacker of this deck is Primal Kyogre, doing 150 to your opponents active Pokemon, and 30 to each of your opponents benched Pokemon. However, with his four energy attack cost, we run four Max Elixirs. For support, I run 2 Golduck BREAK lines. With Tidal Storm, you move two energy to one of your benched Pokemon. Using Golduck BREAK, you can easily move around energy to power up the attacker once again. In combination with Manaphy EX, you can also retreat these massive retreat cost Pokemon for free. In the case of low HP Pokemon, you can use Articuno, and in the case of an EX heavy deck, you can use Regice to either draw an additional prize card, or shut down your opponents EX Pokemon. I also run one Shaymin for additional draw support.

Right, how many do you suggest?
I would suggest 2, at max 3, you wouldn't want a healing card to start clogging your deck. Also another thing, have you tried using Octillery instead of Shaymin? I think you should try it out and see as Octillery will provide you with draw support through out the whole game, which will really help cut that 4-Energy charge up time down. Let me know how it goes.
