So they're holofoil energy from the Pokemon leagues?
They're just cards given out at Leagues, as far as I know. My Professor gave me a ton to give out to my friends around Christmas. But I didn't know they were worth anything more. They just make your deck look cool. I guess the older ones with the different P!P symbols could be worth more, but still...
