Can you get fossils with pachiritsu's call for fammily?

Fossils are only considered Basic Pokemon at the moment you play them from your hand. So no.

Absolutely NO. you cant pull a trainer with call for family, cause it specifies "basic pokemon", and fossils are not considered Basic pokemon till´they are in play. when they are in the deck, they are considered trainers, the same in the discard pile.
