Pack Errors?

Not sure if there's a thread like this, if there is it must be dead.

Recently, I got a plasma freeze pack. It was a normal pack except for I got a Dragonite Holo AND an Electrode Holo, but no reverse holos. Any explenations for this? Also if you have had a similar problem you may post it as well.

No news there. English quality control is virtually non existent. I got a sealed box which had damaged cards, no ultra rares and few holos. I was advised to complaint to The Pokémon Company International. They had me send photos of the box, the UPC, the damaged cards, and the receipt. After a month of emails.

End of the story. The Pokémon Company International does not care. They just want your money. They are a reason why some have started to collect Japanese cards instead of the English.

I kept getting damaged cards from English packs and have since been collecting Japanese almost exclusively.
