Packs, Blister,or Skymin Tin?

I know I will be buying packs in the next couple weeks but I can't decide if I should go Packs, Blister, or Skymin tin. I'm leaning towards Skymin but am not positive what do you guys think?

Skymin isn't that great of a card, unless you build his deck right. I'd go for the blister, so you can get the valuable Gliscor.

I think the tin is a better choice. I got really lucky with the Skymin tin. The first PT I opened had ANOTHER Skymin X in it!

If you need the Skymin for your collection, don't let me stop you, but I think if your getting a tin, get Giretina. Its a good tech, and has a decent setup attack. out of mine, i got a SF Magnezone (Electric) Pt Ampthy, Sw roserade, and Pt Torterra.
