Palkia G Lock Matchups?

Does anybody know any accurate, tested, 100% Guaranteed Match-ups for Palkia G Lock against popular decks such as:

LuxChomp
Lady Gaga
Dialga G
Flygon
FlyChamp
Flyphan (or Dumbo)
CurseGar
Gardylade
Gengar (Speed Version)
Gyarados
Gengar varients
Donphan varients
Mr. Mime MT

and other decks?

LuxChomp and Lady Gaga are like the same thing right? Anyway any deck with Luxray GL X really hits you hard. You have to save those little Power Sprays for those or you're screwed. It's possible to win, but hard. It loses very quickly to plain Gyarados, unless you get a T2 Azelf MT lock out to stop Sableye with.
Dialga G however is pretty easy, as is FlyPhan. Speed Flygon is beatable but pretty hard. CurseGar should be easily beatable because it's pretty slow, but you need to kill Nidoqueen fast, same for normal Gengar. Gardylade can kill you easily once it starts Ploxing, but you can get ahead just before that if you're lucky.
Basically, I wouldn't even play this without Luxray GL X teched in to help against the harder matchups.
