Palkia G LV.X Lock?

I know palkia G LV.X saw some success in the past, but that was a while ago. It has, for the most part, died out. Does anyone think in the current rotation there's a viable palkia G Lv.X deck? Also, if lost zone is in call of legends, palkia could potentially run a lost zone deck.
EDIT: Here's the card http://pokebeach.com/scans/platinum/125-palkia-g-lv.x.jpg

Palkia Lock decks have Unfavorable matchups to Vilegar and Machamp, and has slightly unfavorable matchups against Gyarados and Luxchomp depending on their build/draws. Running Giratina PL is an idea to get rid of the Cyrus engine in SP and Magikarp in Gyarados.

As for viability in the format, I guess it wouldn't be the best deck to play, but a deck that could get you some wins.

How could it possibly get better when Lost World comes out? Gengar will be one of the biggest decks in the format and you will keep sending your own Pokemon to the lost zone. All they have to do the whole game is make sure they only have 3 benched pokemon the entire game, except for like 4-5 turns. You will never win unless you play against a n00b.

In the current format, it would do below average. The power lock is good against some decks, but alot of decks can play around it for a while. SPs don't always rely on powers, so that will be a hard match-up. Meaning you should not play it, because SPs are BDIF.

Provided you are not facing gengar you can send opponents cards to the lost zone. Also, you won't want to bench 5 cards if you know they're running lostgar.

HAHAHAHAHA You don't realize how many people will actually play Gengar if Lost World comes out. The chances of not playing against one in two ronuds at states would be low. Even if you faced something different, why would they play more than 3 basics. They would have to have down syndrome to keep playing them down like that.

@_@
The deck isn't solely lost zone, it's mostly spread. I was really just mentioning that it could potentially be played as a lost zone deck if/when it's released. I find the "HAHAHAHAHA" slightly unnecessary.

Could this be used as a tech in LostGar, perhaps, as a surprise auto-2-in-the-LZ-and-then-possibly-a-3rd-the-same-turn tech? I think it has a bit of promise.

I played it in the proxied lost world deck I played once so you could get 4 pokemon in the LZ then level up palkia, lost cyclone and win.
