I starting running palkia g lately with dialga and Floatzel. wat are some strategy's that go with palkia g?

Using the one drop Pixies (mesprit, uxie, azelf all LA) and lost cycloning them away, freeing up bench space and causing your opponent trouble at the same time. Use palkia g+mesprit for a multi-turn power lock.

Yeah a piece of the disruption part of palkia g.

Also, abuse Crobat G the same way, to aid Palkia's spreading with Pearl Breath, and to help get the OHKO's with Hydro-Shot.
