Ruling Parallel City: Fighting Fire with Fire

I am familiar with the ruling that states that a stadium can't counter the same stadium for example:
I can't play a Dimension Valley when one is already in play.

My question is: Can I play a Prallel city to counter a Parallel City as Lon gas it faces the other way? If my opponent is forcing me to have three benched Pokemon with a Parallel city, can I make then have three benched Pokemon with another parallel city?

No, because the Stadium is still called Parallel City.
