At first, I was planning to make a deck designed to empty my hand, and use Exeggutor to switch hands with my opponent, and then lock them with Slowking+Grumpig/Glaceon Lv.X or something along those lines. However, I got this crazy idea. What if I use Exeggutor's Psychic Strategy to make my opponent draw his entire deck?
To make that happen, I will have to have more cards in my hand than my opponent has in his hand and deck combined. Oef.
We figured there are 2 ways to make that happen:
1. Get as-much-as-possible cards in my hand. Getting at least 30+ cards should be possible with this build.
2. Making sure the number of cards my opponent has in his deck and in his hand is as-low-as-possible.
Number 1 is pretty straightforward. Supporters and Misdreavus/Jirachi/Smeargle for massive draw and search power works pretty fine.
Number 2, however, is the tricky part. Absol G Lv.X is an obvious choice here. But the best card for this case is, hands down, Purugly G. Your opponent will also have a very big hand. Always. You don't knock out any of their pokemon, so they will be stuck with lots of useless pokemons in their hand. Misdreavus floods their hand. Chip Of for 15-20 cards the turn before your Psychic Strategy is game-winning most of the time.
The rest of the deck is techs and consistency, with Luxray, to get a high retreater active, like Regice/Bronzong G, and then lock with Spiritomb, if they don't run warp energy, and both Azelf & Rotom to fetch key prizecards. You probably won't take any prize card during the entire game, so I run both.
Judge/Lookers or gira Let Loose is auto-loss, but we can't do much 'bout that. Spray sometimes saves you from gira.
C&C is welcome.
(An other idea was to use Feraligatr + Delibird to draw 9001 cards, but that one didn't work out, lawl)
