Discussion PF Crobat any good?

I'm pretty new to the format (I stopped at around Triumphant) and was wondering what people thought about PF Crobat. Once Crobat break is available, assuming, PF isn't rotated, do you think that Crobat Break could be a good card to focus a deck around? I think the way Crobat can attack any Pokemon it wants for one energy is pretty neat, and the fact that it can move back to the deck and paralyze is pretty cool to.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I could build a deck around this card, especially with how new I am to the format. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!

The Bats line is generally only used as support pokemon to deal more damage in decks with lower damage output or spread damage, like Landorus or Seismitoad, however the attack(Snipe 30 for [C]) is greatly subpar and unviable. The BREAK could be decent, but the problem here is that Dimension Valley is going to rotate out, and 3 energy on an effective stage 3 isn't that easy to stream.
