Who's got one? Who's got 2? Who's got more?

I have

Arachnephobia (Fear of spiders and bugs)
Hydrophobia (fear of water)
Agoraphobia (fear of crowds)
Fear of germs (dunno the "proper" name)
Claustrophobia

Who else?

I have
Arachnophobia- Fear of spiders
Entomophobia- Fear of insects.(misty?)
Mottephobia- Fear of moths.
Phasmophobia- Fear of ghosts.
Hypsiphobia- Fear of height.
Noctiphobia- Fear of the night.

I have a fear of dark, murky water or just any body of liquid I can't see the bottom of (I mean large, like rivers, ponds, lakes, etc.)

Cowards.

This probably isn't the place for people with hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia :O

Anyhow, I used to be afraid of dogs and spiders, but I kinda got over those by discovering the facts that I have the ability to sue the dog's owner and the fact that spiders are easily killable. I can also intimidate dogs nowadays, being 6.3 feet tall and all.

I guess that leaves me with the fear of death, which pretty much means I'm too chicken to jump of a rooftop or jump in front of a train, sue me.

There's a difference between a phobia and just a fear. ;o A phobia is a chronic fear of something whereas, for example, your fear of dogs and spiders was just something to overcome. Similar to my paranoia of dogs (excluding our own) which came about for reasons which will be in a story in the Pokebeach chat room; where Pokebeach forums meets online chat.

Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia is a fear of long words right?

I have no phobias. You are all cowards.

PS, How can you be scared of water >.<?

I have a terrible childhood memory involving a spider. And I've been afraid of dogs for as long as I can remember, there's probably a reason.

Who are you to tell me that I'm not phobiated?

I believe a phobia means an irrational fear right?
It's how you have been brought up as a child if you don't get rid of the phobia's early they will stick with you

I'm terrified of heights...
Luckily, I've never been on anything too high..
I probably couldn't handle going on an aeroplane or being in any really tall buildings...

I live in england
And on a school trip I had to go on a 50 ft tall building I was scared
So a had walk back down about 3 REALLY big staircases before I got to the bottom again

I live in Scotland....
I hate it when I'm somewhere high and then I look down...
Urrgh..It makes me feel ill...:(

I want to go abroad sometime, but going on an aeroplane would probably scare me to death. :(

same here and I`m afraid of nuns....dont ask

Well for me it is:
Spiders & their webs.
Hights
Sometimes Needles
Thunder/Lighting storms (very big ones only) Like shaymin707: Don't ask why.

theverystrangefearothexfilestheme.
Being in an elavator alone
Elevators that have dim/out lights.

Why did my mother have to watch it when I was young? I hated the opening theme.

Again with the elavator, when I was small, I got trapped in an elavator alone. I was scared.

Actuallly coming to think of it, I have been scared of dogs ever since I was 5, when my friend was biten in the buttox by a mad dog, and had to go to hospital. Upon hearing teh story, when ever I pass dog in the street being walked and it comes near me, I have often frozen on the spot left for all around me to stare. Its nasty, but I guess its life.

When I was 4, I jumped into the water and fell unconcious. It wasn't until later I woke up, frightened and coughing up water.

Ever since I've been terrified.

You can drink water right? You mean like scared of lakes and ponds.

OK, who keeps giving threads a 1 star rating?

I believe hydrophobia is an all round fear of water. A trip to wikipedia would solve this issue. ;p
