Pidgeot d's Pokebody says that as long as it has any Holon Energy cards attached to it, both players pokemon can't use any Pokepowers unless they are Delta pokemon.

I was wondering if it's Pokebody is activated if a Holon Castform is attached to it.
 
no, the holon energy cards are Holon FF, Holon WP, and Holon GL. Holon's castform is just a double rainbow with no drawback.
