This is a non-competitive deck I made, it has been very successful.

Pokemon: 23
3-3 Primeape SV
3-3 Slowking HS/CoL
3 Sablye SF
2 Unown Q
3 Chatot G
2 Uxie LA
1 Smeargle UD

T/S/S: 25
Bebe's Search x4
Pokemon Collector x4
Interviewer's Questions x4
PONT x2
PETM x2
Twins x2
Expert Belt x3
Pokemon Communication x2
Energy Exchanger x2

Energy: 12
Fighting Energy x2
Call Energy x4
Rescue Energy x4
DCE x2

Strategy:
Start off with Sablye, and Impersonate until I have a Primeape and Slowking on the bench, and Unown Q Retreat. Use Second sight(or Chatot's Disrupting Spy) to Top Drop the opponent. If Primeape is KO'd, bring up a benched Chatot G, set up, and use search and escape.

-4 Psychic Energy
-4 Fighting Energy
-1 Unown Q

+4 Call Energy
+2 Pokemon Communication
+2 Professor Oak's New Theory
+1 Smeargle (UD)

You don't need 16 Energy in a deck that can attack just fine with only a DCE. 12 Energy, with Call for consistency, should be enough (to be honest maybe even less). Slowking is a tech, so you don't need Psychic Energy. 3 Unown Q also puts you at an extra risk of donks. Communication, PONT, and Smeargle help with the deck's consistency.

@Gliscor Thank you. The only flaw I see in this deck now is the lack of Primeape's HP. Even with 110 w/ EB, it can still be KO'd easily.
