I dont understand some of these things

pioson put 1 damage each turn
asleep flip coin each turn
paralzyed cant do anything 1 turn

burn?
confuse?

i dont understand those 2 and btw if you retreat a pokemon with one of those things is it gone or does it still affect in the bench?

Burn= After each players turn you flip a coin. If tails, you place 2 damage counters on the Burned Pokemon. If heads, you don't place any damage counters on it.

Confusion= If you are confused and you try to attack you must flip a coin. If heads, you can attack normally. If tails, your attack fails and you place 3 damage counters on your active Pokemon.

All status conditions are removed when a Pokemon evolves, devolves or moves to the bench. Status conditions can only effect an active Pokemon.

Burned
If a Pokémon is Burned, place a "Burn Marker" on it to show that it is Burned. As long as it's still Burned, flip a coin after each player's turn. If tails, place 2 damage counters on it, ignoring Weakness and Resistance. If an attack would Burn a Pokémon that's already Burned, it doesn't get doubled Burned; instead, the new Burn condition replaces the old one.

Confused
If a Pokémon is Confused, you have to flip a coin whenever you try to attack with that Pokémon. Turn a Confused Pokémon with its head pointed toward you to show that it's Confused. A Confused Pokémon can retreat to the Bench normally, where it loses all Special Conditions. When you attack with a Confused Pokémon, you flip a coin. On heads, the attack works normally, but on tails your Pokémon receives 3 damage counters. (Only apply Weakness and Resistance for actual damage, not damage counters.) The Active Pokémon receives 3 damage counters even if its attack normally doesn't do damage (like Treecko's Poison Breath attack).

Poison: Put 1 damage counter on the Poisoned Pokémon between turns. Maybe double or triple depending on the attack.
Burn: Flip between every turn. If the result is Tails, you put two counters on the Burned Pokémon. Only one Pokémon can make it three rather than two, that's Magmortar L. X
Paralyze: Paralyzed Poké cannot attack or retreat in normal fashions, for a turn.
Asleep: Sleeping Poké cannot attack or retreat in normal fashion. Does not end until the player in control of the aforementioned Poké flipps heads on the between turns. May have extra restrictions.
Confused: Every time before attacking, the player in control of the Confused Pokémon must flip a coin. If tails, the attack fails and the player places three damage counters on the Confused Pokémon.

No Pokémon can be Paralyzed, Confused, or Asleep at once. Burn and Poison are cumulative, along with the previous three.

Evolution and retreating are ways to dispel these conditions.

And buy a deck and read the rulebook to prevent any more questions covered already in there...

does those things goes away if you retreat beside paralyzed

Confused: Yes..
Burned: Yes..
Poison: Yes..
Paralyzed: No..
Asleep: No..

ALL status conditions are removed when you retreat or move to the bench. I think what Psychic Pokemon Master means to say is that you are not allowed to retreat when you are Asleep or Paralyzed (which is correct), but you are still allowed to use other ways to move to the bench, for example using the Switch trainer card.

I know some of the rules of the TCG but I thought the only condition that went away if it goes on the bench was Confusion. I thought everything else stayed in play during a battle. Did they change that in the D/P rules? I don't have a theme deck from the first set yet so I don't know all the new ones yet.:)

No, they did not set that rule...
Perhaps this will help you to clarify things up...

@xxashxx: In the Game Only Confusion goes away, in the TCG all Status Condition goes away.

Do Note that Markers (Imprision, Shockwave and Char Marker etc. (excluding Poisen and Burn)) aren't Status Condition and Stay if you Put hem on the Bench. Evolving/Devolving instead, does get it away

Oh ok I was just making sure because I don't play it much but I like to watch my friends play. Thanks for clearing that up.:)

But, Can I retreat a pokemon asleep or Paralyzed whit Swicht or Warp Point???

Yes, considering it's less of "retreating" and more of "switching places".

You Dont Retreat the Pokémon, You Switch The Pokémon
