Pokemon:

  • 4 Seismitoad Ex
    3-3 Beartic PLS
    3-3 Umbreon PLF
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:

  • 4 Juniper
    3 Skyla
    2 N
    1 Colress
    1 Lysandre
    1 Pokemon Fan Club
    4 Colress Machine
    4 Plasma Badge
    3 Ultra Ball
    2 Switch
    2 Startling Megaphone
    2 Frozen City
    1 Computer Search
    1 Sacred Ash
    1 Professor's Letter
Energy:

  • 4 Plasma
    6 Water
    2 Rainbow

Strategy:
Start with Seismitoad turn 1, plasma badge, water energy, and colress machine to block items. Then use Grenade hammer to hit for 130 and damage my beartics for 30 a piece. Umbreon increases all my plasma pokemon hp by 20. up to 60 more hp. Beartic attacks for (W)(C) for 20x the number of damage counters on Itself. After 9 damage counters it hits for 180 damage, while still having 100 hp.

The deck list is meant to be turn 1 consistent as possible to get the item lock and turn 2 grenade hammer. Since majority of the decks run double colorless energy, its impossible to get a turn 2 grenade hammer. However, with colress machine and plasma badge, it is not. Item lock prevents garbodor from becoming a problem, and also prevents plasma badge from being discarded by startling megaphone. Allowing Seismitoad to have 240 hp at a max.

Excess plasma badges for the un evolved pokemon, to still gain assess colress machine and hp from umbreons.

Frozen city to weak the pokemon enough to allow grenade hammer to OHKO or require less damage on Beartic.

I feel like this deck needs more draw support, i just dont really see too many cards it can drop to make space. Any suggestions?

Well, here's a quick edit

-1 Skyla
-1 Fan Club
-1 Sacred Ash
-2 Rainbow Energy

+2 N
+1 Lysandre
+1 Switch
+1 Water

I feel like Rainbow is unneeded, since it would only be used for Umbreon, who should never be attacking. Fan Club is unneeded also, since you only want to use that card Turn 1-2, but you have other Supporters you should be using those Turns, namely Juniper, to mill through your deck. Skyla count dropped to 2 since there isn't much to Skyla for besides Ultra Ball or Colress Machine. Lastly, Sacred Ash is out because there are simply better cards to run.
Adding 2 N's gives you massive draw support early game, and provides more late game comebacks. One more Lysandre is needed since you run no catchers. The switch is because Seismitoad and Beartic are all hefty retreat Pokemon, and you don't wanna discard energy to retreat. Finally, one more water to let you draw into them easier, plus we dropped 2 Rainbow's earlier.
