Trying out a build of PlasmaKlang that I think works pretty well! If I have a huge gaping hole in the list or just personal preference, please comment and I will see if it works!

+1 Shift Gear Klinklang - Moving around your energies and being able to heal in this deck is HUGE, because you have ZERO acceleration.
-1 Plasma Klinklang - Having 3 isn't that great, because of prizes with the other klinklang, and if you're facing a deck without EX's uhh.... yeah.

-2 Colress - This card was way to hyped I definately think that 1 is okay, but I prefer just to avoid it. - If you think it works feel free to use it.
-1 Ultra Ball - Since just about everything in this deck has 3 retreat and there is no point in discarding, like in Eels, I would lower it to 2.
-2 Registeel EX - People think that just because it is a steel type EX it must automatically be good in this deck, I have to strongly disagree - It's way to slow & just isn't that good.
So this leaves you with 5 spaces so...
+2 Max Potion - I would have at LEAST 3 if not 4 - 4 clunks this deck in my opinion - If you commit all your energy, you don;t want to lose it because again you have no accelartion.
+1 Super Rod - Discarding things earlly on will leave you in the hole
+1 N - No Colress so you need some other draw support. You will also most likely be falling behind early on so this could help.
+1 Skyla - This works in slow decks, end of story.

Honestly I think Colress at 2 is fine since for set-up decks this card is pretty amazing late game have to agree on the 2/2 split of Shift and Plasma Klinklang. I would take Ultra ball out completely while Dropping Registeel to 1 since the moment where he shines are pretty few (Spreeding damge annoying little pokes like sableye and eels.)

-3 Ultra Ball
-1 Registeel
-2 Metal Energy

+2 Max potion
+2 Beach (if you can get your hands on it really good since you don't have a turn 1 and helps get to those rare candy of klinklangs faster)
+2 DCE (Quickly power up a triple laser if you need it)

Beach is also important for getting rid of your opponents Virbank Gym.
