Hey, I want to go to the NAIC, but somebody at my league mentioned that you need 10 Play Points to register. I wanted to know if that is true because i can't find anything about it online, except for a requirement for the US Nationals.

I was wondering the same thing.
According to Pokemon's official site, International Championships feature
US Nationals did feature a 10 Play Point requirement in the past, but considering that this is called an "International Championships" over the classic "US National Championships", it looks like they are changing up policies and doing away with the requirement.
