Okay, I don't think that there's any better place to put this, so:

For a trade, the person I'm trading with wants to know if this card is playable. Could someone answer if this is playable or not?
(Plus, I've played this card at tournaments, and the judges were fine with it)

ummm probably not because its really scratched on the back so it would be card marking but if it has a sleeve then its would be fine.
 
As long as you can't see through the back of the sleeves, or Feel the scratches through the sleeves, it should be fine.
 
Ahh that almost made me cry, poor poor Luxray :F, anyways in a sleeve, yes I believe it is 100% Playable.
 
The front and back of the card looks scratched up and the back of the card almost looks like a counterfeit, you should be alright however I thought counterfeit Pokemon cards stopped being distributed after Diamond & Pearl. I didn't think it'd effect the Platinum series.

I'm still surprised a thread on how to spot fake Pokemon cards hasn't been stickied here on PokeBeach like it has on PokeGym.
 
Oh, the card is 100% real, even I know that. (I've got a huge… collection of fakes)

And counterfeit cards have not stopped being distributed, I've got some from as far up as Unleashed (And hope to get some Triumphant- Gengar Prime fake!!) and many in between.
 
Counterfeit cards are everywhere and as long as the game remains popular, will always be in production.

Just recently there was a child at our league who was playing with a knock off Dialga G Lvl X and a knock off Donphan Prime.

Fakes are super easy to find. Just walk into your local dollar store.
I recently saw a bootlegged back of HG/SS myself.
 
just go to a local swapmeet....we have an out door one the cards are VERY VERY fake. i just use them as my proxy's got suicune raikou legend, tyranintar prime scizor prime and entei raikou legend in the same thing of 60 cards....oh ya the packs come in 60's lol
 
Those fakes are pretty easy to detect, however - GOOD fakes might as well be tournament legal, and at that point I personally don't care. As for that card, yes, legal sleeves and it's good to go.
