Yes, $12 US dollars.
The metagross (SV) is Reverse Holo.
As for the mail time, I have no clue.
Once I received your money I would let you know, then mail out next day. Provided the mail had no delays, (post office delays) it could reach you in as early as 4 days.

With cash, you can send it however you want.
However, for safest results, I would highly recommend sticking the money in between 2 basic cards. (Energies or whatever) That way, no one can tell its money.
The other option is a check. Then only myself could cash it.
