Ruling plusle misprint

Does anyone know the value of the plusle in dx that has a black scrible in front of the word poke-powers in his positive spark attack?
 
is there any way that you can scan the card and link us to the picture? I'm not sure I know of this error. Due to the nature of the DX set, several cards had blotches or bad foil on them, so it could just be that.
 
Okay, here's the deal. If you describe the card to us, we can't really picture it. So, we need to see the real thing. If possible, please can the card with a scanner and upload it. At that stage, we get to determine whether the card is really misprinted or not. But like Alchemist_Almighty said, EX: Deoxys is a famous set for its quite bad card conditions. the Reverse Holo cards are bent so much that it is even possible to be mixed up with an EX. So, I guess we can't really say whether it's a misprint until we get to see the real thing. But if it's a real misprint, then you're one of the lucky ones. :D

This is true...God, everytime someone wants a EX Deoxys card I have, it makes me worry if they're gonna cancel the trade, or something. But yeah, EX Deoxys has a reputation for screwing your cards up. It's probably nothing fantastic, or whatever milotic. Can you scan the card, then upload in an attachment?

The one on the left is a regular one and the one on the right is the one with the scrible. It probally is nothing I was just wondering if anyone knew about it.

Woops, I think I did this wrong. Does anyone know how to make an attachment smaller so I can get the scan on my reply?
 
Misprinted pokemon cards are very uncommon so if it's abig missprint, it could be worth something to collectors...
