if this guy(medicham) have psyhic energy attached to it

if the medicham attacked the latias ex with psyshock(in this case the user doesn't have another energy to attach to use sky uppercut)

does this attack is -60 or what(watch latios ex's resistance)

PLZ give me the answer.....

Yes, Medicham does -60 to Latias ex if Dual Armor is in effect, as Medicham will be both [F] and [P]; Latias ex takes -30 from each of those types.

Better hope your guy gets that third Energy attached soon...

hmm.. first time, ive encountered this situation..
but i guess since its takes both elements, thus it does -60 damage..
so hope to get heads to paralyze him ya..
