Clefairy And The Moon Stone

Spoiler

Fighting off Team Rocket scene - Brock orders Zubat to use Double Team, however it's shown using Whirlwind.

Digging Ekans scene - In this scene, you can hear it say its Japanese name, Arbo.

Jumping around the Moon Stone scenes - When Pikachu talks in these scenes, you can hear the Clefairy say "Pippi", which is their Japanese name.
This is fixed when some of the Clefairy are evolved into Clefable.

Path to the Pokémon League

Spoiler

Search for Sandshrew scene - When AJ tells his Pokémon to search for Sandshrew, the Rattata say "Kora", which is a shortened version of their Japanese name; Koratta.
This happens again when Sandshrew comes back, but this time it's mixed with Rattata.

Meowth waking up scene - You can still hear the Rattata from the last scene when Mewoth wakes up.

Electric Shock Showdown

Entering Vermilion City - On the rightmost side of the scene, you can see where 4Kids painted over a bit of the frame.

Pokémon Shipwreck

Dragon Rage scene - When Gyarados uses Dragon Rage, you can hear Team Rocket yell "Yana Kanji!", which is what they say in Japanese when they blast off.

Island of the Giant Pokémon

Pokémon aren't evil scene - You can hear Ekans twice when he first speaks in this scene.

Sleeping together scene - When Pikachu is awake, you can hear Squirtle yelling.

Mine Cart scene - when Jessie and James try to use the beaks on the cart, they say "1, 3, 3, pull!", they push the lever instead.

Fishing Slowbro scene - Slowbro in this scene keeps on saying Slowpoke, until he lifts his tail from the water.

The Ghost of Maiden's Peak

Shots of the festival scene - You can hear a girl that sounds like Misty say "Let's go on the Ferris wheel!" twice.

Bye Bye Butterfree

Yeah - The white bit of the Poké ball is miscoloured red.

Gotta Catch 'Em All - Raichus belly is coloured the same as the rest of his body.

Wartortle - The stock Animé art for Wartortle has blue ears, instead of white.

In "A Sneak Peek at Pokémon", Raidash is mispronounced Rapidose.

I just watched 3 episodes of Master Quest - Episode 268 A claim to flame, 269 Love, Pokemon style and 270 Tie one on. In these episodes I noticed 5 dub errors.

In episode 268
1. Misty says that Furret is a Ground- type Pokemon.

In episode 269
2. Brock says that Ash's Water - type Pokemon are weak against Macey's Fire - type Pokemon.
3. Macey tells her Quailava to use Flametrower but Quailava uses Flame Wheel instead.

In episode 270
4. The commentator says that Jackson's Psyduck has already fainted, but when you see the picture of his Pokemon team you can clearly see that Jackson has a Golduck and not a Psyduck.
5. When Pikachu faints Brock says that Pikachu couldn't take Magneton's Icy Wind, but it wasn't Jackson's Magneton that used Icy Wind, it was his Azurmarill.

Time for some move errors! Most of these are mistranslations of another move, but some are a bit stranger.

- In The Ninja Poké-Showdown, Ash tells his Bulbasaur to use Whirlwind. In the Japanese version, he simply says "blow it away". (Whirlwind's Japanese name is "Blow Away".)

- In Mild n' Wooly, Mary tells her Mareep, Fluffy, to use Swift. However, she refers to the move by its Japanese name, "Speed Star".

- In The Ancient Puzzle of Pokémopolis, Brock tells his Vulpix to use Agility. Vulpix cannot learn this move, and in the Japanese version it was told to use Quick Attack.

- In From Ghost to Ghost, Morty tells his Gastly to use confusion, a move it cannot learn. Strangely, it wasn't told to use a move at all in the Japanese version.

- In Dueling Heroes, Ash tells his Totodile to use Skull Bash, a move it cannot learn. In the Japanese version, it was told to use Headbutt.

- In The Ties That Bind, Ash tells his Heracross to use Fury Swipes, a move it cannot learn. In the Japanese version, it was told to use Fury Attack.

- In Playing With Fire, Harrison tells his Steelix to use Wrap, a move it cannot learn. In the Japanese version, it was told to use Bind.

- In The Legend of Thunder, Hun tells his/her* Steelix to use Bite, a move it cannot learn. In the Japanese version, it was told to use Crunch.

*BONUS FACT: You're probably wondering why I referred to Hun by both genders. In what is probably one of the strangest dub edits in the entire series, Hun is referred to as a male in the Japanese version and a female in the English version.

Uh, what? That had to have been a translation error. The episode was during the Indigo League? Or was it during the Johto League? The episode name is escaping me right now...
