HM01 Cut - In the middle of the Hedge Maze when capturing the Furfou.
TM21 Frustration - Given to you by hiker in Connecting cave once you unlock the shortcut to Cyllage City.
TM27 Return - Given to you by the professors assistants before Lumiose City.
TM44 Rest - Talk to the man sitting at the desk just left of the entrance to Hotel Cyllage.
TM46 Thief - Talk to one of Cassuis's assistants in Camphrier Town.

TM66 Payback - Geoseng Pokemon Center. Talk to upper left most person.
TM69 Rock Polish - Route 11. Hook around the route to find a prickly tree before a cave and slide down the mud.

TM57 Charge Beam - The Mid West area of Route 13.
TM31 Brick Break - Terminus cave accessed via the second raised entrance after the Inverse battler's house.

TM81 X-Scissor is found at an island in azure bay.
TM92 Trick room is found with a girl in coumarine city, she'll' make a quiz asking about TMs and you can get this and some other TMs once per day,i think you can get embargo and other 2 which i don't remember.
and i'm pretty sure you can get TM74 Gyro Ball at reflection cave,it'll be in an entrance you can only see with the reflection of the cave.
TM 40 Aerial Ace is at the entrance of connecting cave and it requires a pokemon with strength.
TM94 Rock Smash is with a woman outside of the pokemon center in ambrette town

TM97 Dark Pulse - Route 15, but first go to Route 16. Use cut on a tree, climb up a waterfall, and surf all the way down the river.

TM47 Low Sweep: Purple haired boy in the second door of the spiral staircase in the Tower of Mastery.
TM63 Acrobatics: Given by the girl on the cape of Coumarine City once you answer her TM quiz. She seems to have a new one every day so who knows what else she has.
HM04 Strength: Given by Grant just outside of his gym in Cyllage City.
HM05 Surf: Given by Serena when taking the western exit of Sharlour City after getting the mega bracelet.

TM 91 - Flash Cannon

Post-game in Kiloude City. Bottom right of the city is a house with a little girl inside. Talk to the girl, and she'll give you Flash Cannon.

TM 58 - Sky Drop

Post-game in Kiloude City. Top right of the city are two houses next to each other. It's in the first house on the left. Talk to the lady siting at the table. She'll give you Sky Drop.

tm53- Energy Ball requires cut, route 20, south of snowbelle city

I can confirm that gyro ball is indeed in reflection cave. tm 09 venoshock route 6. Go from Parfum Palace and head south. Right before leaving the tall grass area on your left you will see the tm.

TM 49 Frost Breathe can be found in frost cavern after you talk to the girl that heals you, you go further in. You need to go on the ice diagonal to reach another area. Afterward, you will fight a female trainer. Follow the ice til you hit new stairs. Go down the stairs. Need to slide diagonal to get the tm.

TM26 - Earthquake

Route 22, go to the far right corner where the water is, just before the gate. Surf down the waterfall, and GO DOWN. NOT IN THE FLOWERS/GRASS. Eventually you'll come across a Strength + Rock puzzle. Complete it to get to Earthquake.

tm 74 is at the bottom of mirror cave in a tunnel you can only see in the mirror

TM02 Dragon Claw is found in Victory Road. Surf up a waterfall near the summit and fight a Hiker to get to the TM.

TM63 Embargo: Given by the girl on the cape of Coumarine City once you answer her TM quiz. She has four TMs total, each given out on a separate day. I won't list them all yet since I'm unsure as to if the number may have changed.
