Pokéorder.com and Puerto Rico

As you msy have guessed from the title, I would like to know if Pokéorder.com treats shipping to Puerto Rico as shippings to the United States or International shippings.

USPS considers mail to PR domestic, but if they use fedex/UPS it might be more.

At least cardhaus.com can ship Wizards products to Puerto Rico, since cardhaus.com can ship Wizards products to US and its territories. Also, cardhaus allows using USPS, so I have no wirries with that store...
