Hello,

I am still very new to actually playing the game (I collected for quite some time). My question is; can I use more then one of the same Poke-body per turn? For example if I have 2 HGSS Nocktowl or 2 HGSS Slowkings may I use their power twice? Secondly, May benched pokemon's use their poke-bodies despite not being the active pokemon?

Thank you for your help

Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies are slightly different.

When you are about to use a Poke-Power, you announce that you're about to use it. Most Poke-Powers say "Once during your turn, before your attack...", and if you have multiple Pokemon in play with that Poke-Power, you can use it once for each of that Pokemon you have in play. The only exception is if the Poke-Power says "You can't use more than 1 _________ Poke-Power each turn".

Poke-Bodies are different in that the fact that they are always on, or always on when activated. For example if a Poke-Body says, "As long as ________ is your Active Pokemon", that Poke-Body's effect will persist as long as that Pokemon is active. Poke-Bodies are generally more varied than Poke-Powers.

I would like to add that some Poké-BODY abilities are limited in that they do not "stack," even though Bodies are always active (unless turned off by some other game element). Some examples:

Nidoqueen's (Rising Rivals) Maternal Comfort - "[...]You can't use more than 1 Maternal Comfort Poké-Body between turns. "
Nidoking's (Rising Rivals) Territoriality - "If your Active Pokémon is damaged by an opponent's attack (even if that Pokémon is Knocked Out), put 2 damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon. You can't put more than 2 damage counters in this way."
Ampharos' (Secret Wonders) Jamming - "[...]You can't use more than 1 Jamming Poké-Body each turn."
