PokeBeach Community Decklist #1 - Dark Flygon (YPPPPY

This idea was tried by Martainia in April 09, but died when he got banned. SotS revived it, but it kind of flopped. So I'm trying it again.

Mods, if this is the wrong place for this, you can move it.

The idea of the PokeBeach community decklist is to create decklists for archetype decks so others can have an idea on what a deck contains.

Rules

1. It is YPPPPY. You may only post after 4 others have posted.
2. Once a card has been put into the deck, it stays there. There is no taking out cards.
3. You may only add 2 cards per post.
4. Don't make any joke additions. Like adding Arcanine SV to a Legoes deck.
5. 2 cards means 2 cards. For example, 3-1 Palkia G Lv.X is 4 cards.
