A note, I put in parentheses which game it is in. Also if there is a Pokemon from any game that I could obtain that you want, just ask and I'll go catch it for you. I also have no hacked Pokemon that I know of if anyone asks. Also, not all Legendaires are UT. If you want to know which ones are and aren't, just ask.

I can go catch one from my Ruby and bring it into my Platinum, then to my Black. So the answer is yes, but you would have to wait maybe, 20 minutes?

EDIT: @TheAmazingDerpfish: Just caught your Skitty. Now I have to transfer it to my Platinum, then finally my Black.
 
Ok, the Skitty is now on my Black. I have your FC added, and I am also right about to enter the Union room. You have my fc added?

Oh, and for me taking too long, you can have a free moon stone so you can evolve your Skitty :)
