Hello and welcome folks! Here I'll be starting an adventure blog with my brother as we go about the world of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire!

This adventure will be mostly screenshots and summaries, but there'll be some occasional pictures and even polls to contend with. Mostly though it's going to be a comparison of playthroughs that tells a story.

But first...a little introduction:

After going through a series of endless dream journeys with Steven, thus driving her insane, May finally called it quits after finally getting herself a nice big nugget.

She woke up...with some Glalitite...and who should call her at this hour but Champion Serena!

But May wasn't the only one who experienced this strange Mossdeep Dream. Her brother Lloyd had the exact same dream as her...only less frequent because he was busy playing Persona 3 FES. Still if Serena was going to give May a special pokemon then Lloyd wanted in on the action too!

When did May get her own brother? Who knows! He's just there. He's been there the whole time! I'm not lying!

Still, meeting an aweseome pokemon champion is one thing. Getting gifts and other cool stuff from her is another matter entirely! As each of our intrepid heroes celebrated on meeting a celebrity and getting a cool pokemon. Serena had other matters on her mind.

Next Time: Big Trouble in Littleroot

Alright. Let's get this show on the road. Still trying to iron out all the kinks but hopefully I can manage something where I update on a regular basis.

So let's get started with...

PART 1: BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLEROOT

Meet May and Lloyd. Two intrepid siblings that are about to start an epic journey.

May's got knowledge and skills on pokemon that could beat out most of the others and she's got a plan to go with it.

Lloyd on the other hand is freeballing it. Tagging along and trying to see what will come of his journey.

Now let's see what sort of journey awaits these two!

Upon moving in, we already come into some troubles. While May and Lloyd have been sitting in the back of a truck, Mom's already made plans to get hitched with her Machoke mover, Steve. As if that weren't bad enough, the house only has two rooms in it: a family room + kitchenette, and one bedroom. One bedroom for three people. You do the math on that one...

Already bored with their new house they decide to do the neighborly thing and meet with their new neighbors. With problems of their own! Say hello to Brendan and Maytag (because there can only be one May am I right?)! Are they pod people? Evil dopplegangers? Nope! They're professor Birch's kids and they've got some sort of strange crush on May and Lloyd. It's quite creepy, but fortunately they don't stick around.

Well we've seen May + Lloyd's house as well as Brendan + Maytag's house...which leaves only one other place to explore...the lab! But there's nobody (of importance) to be found! Our man of the hour is out and about at Route 101.

So May and Lloyd head on over to Route 101 where they meet Birch...being chased by a puppy.

And here is where I must leave you today. Next time watch as our heroes pull a Mass Effect ending and have to make a choice between the Red Path, the Blue Path or the Green Path.

The time has come for May and Lloyd to make the ultimate choice that would change their destiny forever.

In the end, May chose the Blue Path, becoming the Reaper Controller and sending them away from organic civilization, but Lloyd chose the Red Path and destroyed the Reapers. Either way, everyone won in the end.

Except for that Poochyena. He got his ass kicked HARD.

Birch was grateful for being saved. So grateful in fact, that he overlooked the fact that May and Lloyd had kept the pokemon they used to save him. Strangely enough, Birch was more occupied with Lloyd + May's father Norman and highly recommended they go visit him.

The trek through Route 101 wasn't hard, in fact they met a few friendly people who gave them advice...but then suddenly May encountered a man she met in her dreams. An all too familiar face...and she shuddered at what would come of it...
