BW/BW2 Pokemon B/W game sync question

OK i keep restarting game but before i did i registered my game will my game sync code be different or is it the same ever time

You will need to make a new Global Link account if you want to link your restarted game. There is currently no way to un-sync a previous save file.

As far as I know you Game Sync code stays the same no matter how many times you restart and it can't be changed even if restarted XD. That is what I understand anyway XD.
