BW/BW2 Pokemon Black and White American Release Date?

So, earlier today, I was at Gamestop buying some new games. While there, the (very cute) sales clerk asked if I needed help and noticed I was a Pokemon fan (finally got HeartGold after all this time). We started talking and he printed out a sheet that had all the release dates for upcoming new games. I looked it over and noticed that Pokemon Black and White are both set to come out April 1st of 2011! Now, I'm taking that advice with a grain of salt, they may be wrong, but it's highly likely that April 1st is the confirmed release date for the new games. What're your guys' thoughts on that?

That's just a temporary placed date. They always have done that date early before, but it's not official (yet).

Oh, really? Bummer, it would've been pretty cool if it was the actual release date. Then again, April Fools' isn't the best day to release new games. XD;

Yeah, it's most likely going to be a few weeks before/after. They don't want to give out the really real date just yet (mainly because it hasn't been confirmed yet). It's just Quarter 1 2011, that's all we know for sure.

Japanese release date for HG and SS: Sunday 12 September 2009. Black and White Sunday 18th September 2010 a difference of 6 days. or 371 days if you wanna add the year difference to the equation.

By that working you get:

U.S. release for HG and SS: Sunday 14 March 2010 + 6 = Black and White: Sunday 20 March 2011.
European release for HG and SS: Friday 26th March 2010 +6 = Black and White Friday 1 April 2011.
