BW/BW2 Pokemon Black and White shiny pokemon?

Hello.
I was just curious, in pokemon black and pokemon white, can you get the pansear,passage,or panpour as shiny when you receive it as a gift?
Another shiny pokemon question.
Can the zorua, zoroark, or victini you get via events (shiny beasts, celebi, or liberty pass) be shiny?
