no because there pokemon, its just like a poke-power(the berry thing) but it isnt

There is no way of getting rid of the tools (yet...), so there is no way to counter them. They aren't that great though, so its not a huge deal.

They work like Poké-bodies, but stuff like Cessation Crystal won't shut it down.
