Even then they won't do anything we have been having something like this to I think and nothing as changed I would rather have the old crappy looking site that worked then this site that looks new and doesn't work

Right now TPCI is very backed up with email requests. If you've sent an email to them, it will get answered, it will just require you to be patient. They haven't let me down yet even though sometimes it takes a while to get a response.
